Seeing Mr Imam and having surgery under his care has revived my faith in the nhs. The treatment I had in NNUH was impeccable!! Everything was well organised. His secretary was very helpful and thorough. He spent enough time with me before the surgery, the day of surgery and on two occasions after the surgery. He is a very decent person, a very skilled surgeon with great knowledge!! He even showed me a recent publication he has just published demonstrating the clinical results and expected complications. I was well informed about everything and the service I had couldn’t be better. I can’t thank Mr Imam and his team enough; thank you everyone so much!
